6/12/25 Draft: Fire Protection Resolution for New Subdivision, Transportation Facility Standards, Required Utilities, and Bridge Permits.

Teton County is considering adoption of amendments to the Teton County Land Development Regulations (LDRs) relating to relocating and amending the existing "Fire Resolution for New Subdivisions" into the Land Development Regulations (LDRs).  Amendments to the regulations include driveway width and intersection separation in Transportation Facility Standards (Division 7.6), firefighting water supply options in Required Utility Standards (Division 7.7) and codifying the Bridge Permit process (Article 8).
